Jo Rodriguez comes to our studio by way of Miami. Jo has an extensive background in yoga teaching, breath-work, meditation and spirituality. Please join Jo on your mat at 10:00am on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s. She will give you the gift of yoga and all of its amazing benefits.
GENTLE YOGA (Tuesdays @ 10am): This Gentle Yoga practice slowly explores foundation postures, designed to increase flexibility, ranges of motion, as well as peace of mind. All with a focus on the breath and connection to the body. This is the perfect class for those new to yoga or for a more seasoned practitioner looking to go deeper.
RESILIENCE & SERENE YOGA (Thursdays @ 10am): Resilience & Serene Yoga uses traditional yoga asanas (poses) while incorporating pranayama (breath-work) to form a connection with the mind and body. Creating resilience by holding poses for longer durations will help build muscle and improve flexibility while keeping a serene composure using your breath for a beautifully balanced experience. Beginner friendly, all levels welcome!
