JULY 26th: Loving, Kindness & Gratitude
AUGUST 2nd: Tying it All Together & Creating a Practice Of Your Own
All classes are 2:00pm – 4:00pm. $25 per session or $80 for the 4 part series
My Old Kentucky OM Yoga Center offers both the seasoned and new yogi a chance to be a part of a warm, friendly and welcoming community. The premise of this studio is to make everyone that walks through the front door, know that they are home or should we say OM!
The hope for this studio is to follow a path of openness to all, of love and kindness, of acceptance and of non-judgment. To be a studio that instantly makes you feel welcome and a part of a community of people just like you. Our goal at My Old Kentucky OM Yoga Center is to do some yoga, to be kind to one another, to form friendships and to make a difference in our lives and the lives of others. My Old Kentucky OM Yoga Center offers classes for all levels; from Beginner to Advanced.
COVID-19 UPDATE – NEW CLASS FORMAT
Due to Covid-19 we will be observing the CDC guidelines. All in person classes will be limited to 10 students. Registration prior to the class is recommended. Virtual class participation is unlimited. You can download the mind body fitness app to your phone and sign up for the class you wish to take, or you can text me: 917-796-9365 and let me know which class you wish to attend. we will make this a safe environment for you to practice.
