My Old Kentucky OM Yoga Center offers both the seasoned and new yogi a chance to be a part of a warm, friendly and welcoming community.

The hope for this studio is to follow a path of openness to all, of love and kindness, of acceptance and of non-judgment. To be a studio that instantly makes you feel welcome and a part of a community of people just like you. Our goal at My Old Kentucky OM Yoga Center is to do some yoga, to be kind to one another, to form friendships and to make a difference in our lives and the lives of others. My Old Kentucky OM Yoga Center offers classes for all levels; from Beginner to Advanced.
